The award-giving ceremony and opening ceremony of 'iida 09" took place on December 2nd, 2009 at Songdo Convensia, Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
The award winning project, called "Balloon", is a street light, powered by a wind turbine, giving local energy to a circle of LED-lights.
